Warranty Policy

TerraWatch products are covered by a limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

Warranty Period

TerraWatch cameras carry a 6-month limited warranty from the date of delivery, unless a different warranty period is stated in writing on the product page or invoice.

What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers manufacturing faults or defects that occur under normal use, including:

- Camera hardware faults
- Solar panel charging faults
- Power-related manufacturing defects
- Factory-related component failure
- Faults not caused by misuse, incorrect installation or damage

What the Warranty Does Not Cover

The warranty does not cover:

- Damage caused by incorrect installation
- Damage caused by tampering, opening or modifying the device
- Water damage caused by incorrect installation, poor sealing or physical damage
- Lightning damage, power surges or electrical faults
- Damage caused by falling, impact, theft, vandalism or misuse
- SIM card, network, WiFi, app, data or signal-related issues outside the camera hardware
- SD cards or accessories unless specifically stated
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by using incorrect chargers, power supplies or accessories

Installation Disclaimer

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the camera is installed correctly in a suitable location with proper sunlight exposure, network coverage and weather protection according to the product guidelines.

4G and WiFi Signal Disclaimer

The 4G version requires mobile network coverage and an active SIM/data plan. The WiFi version requires stable WiFi signal at the installation point. TerraWatch cannot guarantee performance where signal strength, network coverage, data availability or internet stability is poor.

Warranty Process

If you believe your product is faulty, please contact us with:

- Your order number
- Proof of purchase
- A description of the fault
- Photos or videos showing the issue
- Confirmation of how and where the camera was installed

We may request troubleshooting before approving a warranty claim.

Warranty Outcome

If the product is confirmed to have a manufacturing defect, TerraWatch may repair, replace or refund the product depending on the situation and product availability.
