Welcome to TerraWatch. By using this website and purchasing from TerraWatch, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

  1. Business Information

TerraWatch sells WiFi and 4G solar security cameras and related accessories for homes, farms, gates, businesses, parking areas, workshops, warehouses, smallholdings and remote sites.

  1. Product Information

We do our best to ensure that all product information, descriptions, images, specifications and prices are accurate.

Product images are used for illustration and marketing purposes and may differ slightly from the final product, packaging, accessories or app display.

TerraWatch may update product information, pricing, availability or specifications at any time without prior notice.

  1. Product Options

TerraWatch products may be available in different model options, including WiFi, 4G, and selected packages with a 128GB SD card.

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct model before placing an order.

  1. WiFi and 4G Requirements

The WiFi camera requires a stable 2.4GHz WiFi connection at the installation point.

The 4G camera requires mobile network signal, a compatible SIM card and active mobile data.

SIM cards and data are not included unless specifically stated.

Network strength, data usage, SIM compatibility, mobile coverage and router performance are the responsibility of the customer.

  1. App and Device Setup

TerraWatch cameras use the V380 Pro app or compatible app platform.

App layout, features, adverts, settings and availability may change depending on the app provider, phone model, app version or operating system.

TerraWatch can assist with basic setup guidance, but cannot control third-party app changes, mobile network issues, phone settings or internet service interruptions.

  1. Installation

The customer is responsible for correct installation unless installation is specifically included or arranged separately in writing.

TerraWatch is not responsible for poor performance caused by incorrect installation, weak signal, poor sunlight exposure, incorrect positioning, unsuitable mounting, low battery, blocked solar charging, incorrect app setup or customer-side setup issues.

For best results, customers should test WiFi or 4G signal at the installation point before final mounting.

  1. Orders

Orders are processed once payment has been confirmed.

TerraWatch reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order if payment fails, stock is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, delivery is not possible, or fraud is suspected.

  1. Payments

Payments are processed through approved payment providers or manual EFT where available.

Orders paid by EFT will only be processed once payment reflects or proof of payment is accepted by TerraWatch.

  1. Delivery

TerraWatch offers delivery within South Africa.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on courier availability, location, public holidays, supplier delays, stock availability, remote areas or circumstances outside our control.

Customers must provide the correct delivery address and contact details.

  1. Free Insured Delivery

Where free insured delivery is offered, it applies to standard courier delivery within South Africa unless otherwise stated.

Remote areas, farms, plots, mines or special delivery zones may require additional delivery arrangements, extra courier time, or collection from the nearest courier branch.

  1. Returns and Warranty

Returns, exchanges, refunds and warranty claims are handled according to the TerraWatch Return Policy and Warranty terms.

TerraWatch products include a 1 year warranty against approved manufacturing defects, unless otherwise stated.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, tampering, physical damage, lightning, power surges, water damage caused by improper fitting or sealing, or damage caused after delivery.

  1. Trial Offers

Trial offers are only valid when specifically advertised or approved in writing by TerraWatch.

Trial returns are subject to inspection and may be refused or reduced if the product is damaged, missing parts, tampered with, used incorrectly, or returned late.

  1. Limitation of Liability

TerraWatch products are intended to assist with security monitoring.

They do not guarantee the prevention of theft, loss, damage, trespassing, livestock loss, vandalism or crime.

TerraWatch is not liable for losses caused by theft, vandalism, network failure, power failure, poor signal, app downtime, data issues, incorrect installation, customer misuse or circumstances outside our control.

  1. Customer Responsibility

The customer is responsible for:

• Choosing the correct product model
• Providing the correct delivery details
• Supplying and activating a compatible SIM card for 4G models
• Ensuring suitable WiFi or mobile network coverage
• Installing the product correctly
• Maintaining the camera, solar panel and app connection
• Testing the camera after installation

  1. Website Use

You may not use this website for illegal activity, fraud, copying content, interfering with the website, uploading harmful code, or misusing the TerraWatch brand.

  1. Intellectual Property

All TerraWatch branding, images, logos, product descriptions, website content, setup guides, marketing material and design elements belong to TerraWatch or its authorised owners and may not be copied, reproduced or used without permission.

  1. Changes to Terms

TerraWatch may update these terms from time to time.

The latest version published on the website will apply.
