Return Policy
At TerraWatch, we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. If you are not happy with your product, please contact us so we can assist you.
Returns for Unused Products
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unused.
- The product is in its original packaging.
- All accessories, manuals, brackets, cables and parts are included.
- The product has not been installed, damaged, modified or used outdoors.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
Returned items will be inspected before a refund or exchange is approved.
Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns where:
- The product has been installed or used.
- The product is damaged due to misuse, incorrect installation, water damage caused by improper sealing, tampering or negligence.
- Accessories, packaging or parts are missing.
- The product was damaged after delivery.
- The return request is made outside the allowed return period.
Defective or Faulty Products
If your product is faulty, defective or not working as expected, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may request photos, videos or troubleshooting steps before approving a return, repair, replacement or refund.
Where the product is confirmed to be defective and the defect was not caused by misuse, incorrect installation, tampering or damage after delivery, TerraWatch will assist with a repair, replacement or refund in line with applicable South African consumer protection laws.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to a confirmed product defect, TerraWatch will assist with the return process.
If the return is due to a change of mind, incorrect order by the customer, or a trial return, the customer may be responsible for return courier costs.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method where possible.
Refund processing times may depend on your bank or payment provider.
