Trial Policy- 7 day Test Period

Trial Policy

TerraWatch may offer a limited trial period on selected products from time to time. Trial offers are only valid when specifically advertised or agreed to in writing by TerraWatch.

Trial Period

Where a trial is approved, the customer may test the product for up to 7 days from the date of delivery, unless a different trial period is confirmed in writing.

Trial Conditions

The product must be returned in good condition, including:

- Original packaging
- Camera unit
- Solar panel
- Brackets
- Cables
- Manuals
- Screws and accessories
- Any included SD card or add-on items

The product must not be damaged, modified, opened, tampered with or permanently installed.

Acceptable Trial Use

The trial is intended to allow the customer to test:

- Camera setup
- App connection
- WiFi or 4G connectivity
- Live viewing
- Motion alerts
- Solar charging
- Basic recording functionality

The customer is responsible for testing the product in an area with suitable WiFi or 4G signal.

Trial Exclusions

A trial return may be refused or reduced if:

- The product is damaged
- The product is missing parts or packaging
- The product has been tampered with
- The product was incorrectly installed
- The product has visible misuse or abuse
- The camera was used in unsuitable conditions
- The return is requested after the trial period

Return Courier Costs

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the customer is responsible for return courier costs on trial returns.

Refund After Trial

Once the product is returned and inspected, an approved refund may be processed, less any applicable courier, missing item, damage or handling costs.

Important Note

A trial does not guarantee performance in every location. Camera performance depends on sunlight exposure, installation position, WiFi strength, 4G signal, data availability, SD card quality and app setup.
