Delivery Policy
TerraWatch offers delivery within South Africa.
Free Delivery
Free delivery may be offered on selected products or orders. Where free delivery is advertised, it applies to standard courier delivery within South Africa unless otherwise stated.
Remote farms, plots, mines, rural areas or special delivery zones may require additional delivery arrangements or collection from the nearest courier branch.
Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed.
Estimated processing time:
1–3 business days
Estimated delivery time:
2–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, remote locations, public holidays, stock availability or circumstances outside our control.
Delivery Address
The customer is responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details.
TerraWatch is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address information.
Courier Damage
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us as soon as possible with photos of the packaging and product.
Do not throw away the packaging until the courier claim or inspection process is complete.
